As a UX/UI Designer + Visual on the Shark|Ninja Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Design Team, I collaborated cross-functionally with the PMs, Marketers, fellow UX/UI Designers, and the Development Team to create digital promotional assets (paid social ads, email templates, and responsive web assets), conduct research and iterate design and improvements to the online customer shopping experience. This included the creation and maintenance of foundational styles & components for the current-state/future-state design systems.

The current Shark|Ninja logo was utilized, adhering to brand guidelines and the Figma asset library styles for use in the digital product design.

We applied the Shark|Ninja primary and secondary color palette in accordance with established brand guidelines.

The existing type-ramp is designed to align with Shark|Ninja's brand standards, ensuring improved readability and a consistent, clean look for users.

Thirsti™ Product Listing/Detail Page UX/UI Research
This UX/UI research for Thirsti™ aimed to improve the web user experience by analyzing competitive brands, identifying user pain points in cart and checkout processes, and offering recommendations to enhance UI design, user experience, content strategy, and subscription features to drive future-state redesign initiatives.
Thirsti™ Product Detail Page (PDP) Redesign
Enhanced the Thirsti product detail page to elevate user experience by streamlining the presentation of product bundle choices and their advantages, upgrading product visuals, refining the multi-option selection interface, and improving the subscription opt-in feature for better usability.
Thirsti™ Customer Landing Page (CLP) Redesign
Revised Thirsti's product landing page for an enhanced UX/UI, showcasing featured product advantages, surfacing trust & social proof elements, refining the product card interface, and emphasizing supplementary products and accessories.
Customer Checkout Confirmation
Updated the global checkout confirmation screens to enhance UI and space utilization, introduced expandable/collapsible order details feature, and optimized content hierarchy.
